Is this survey for me?
This survey is for people (both women and men) who have considered preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) or actually used this testing in the past 6 months. A doctor would have told you about this test and why he/she thought you should consider it. It doesn't matter for the questionnaire if you have decided yet whether or not to test, or what your decision was if you have already decided about using this test.
You are invited to complete this survey if you are:
at least 21 years old,
this test has been recommended to you by a doctor or you have used this test in the past 6 months,
and you can read/understand English.
This survey is totally anonymous. We will not ask for your name or anything that would tell us who you are.
The survey will take about 25-30 minutes and needs to be completed in 1 session.
